Arnold De Weghe verzamelt al sinds hij 15 jaar was allerlei foto's, documenten, munten, geldbiljetten en voorwerpen. Toen hij 20 werd kwam deze archiefwerking onder "De Getrouwe Vrienden". De collectie omvat onder andere veel portretten van broeders van het Koninklijk Instituut Woluwe. Ook een uitgebreide collectie foto's en documenten van en over Karel Snauwaert de eerste voorzitter en oprichter van De Getrouwe Vrienden (Kortrijk).
